Q: What does a typical coaching session look like?
A: Prior to our call, I will send you a reminder note with a “Call Preparation Form” to be completed before our next scheduled coaching call.
- About the first minute or so of the call, we briefly go over the Call Preparation Form and determine the agenda for the call. The agenda is derived from the “Call Preparation Form”.
- We determine your goals for the session.
- I ask you powerful questions and you respond accordingly to what your mind and body are saying. As we progress through the sessions, you will more than likely see and experience a definite mind and body connection which will become a valuable tool that you can use for the rest of your life.
- We start wrapping up around 50 minutes into the call and you determine your course of action(s) you will accomplish before our next call.
- Sessions are 60 minutes each.
Q: How many sessions are generally needed to see change?
A: It is normally recommended that you have weekly coaching sessions for the first 12 weeks. However, I have seen much success by having bi-weekly meetings as well. Therefore, depending upon our schedules and your goals, we determine together what is the correct fit for you. After the initial 12 weeks of either weekly or bi-weekly sessions, we can look at bi-weekly or even monthly coaching sessions, depending upon your goals and timelines.
